Lexseco recently added an Automated Core Loss Tester, The Next Generation in Core Loss Testing Technology, to our product line. The Automated Tester is a computer controlled system that will reduce testing time and increase accuracy while allowing for the highest level of testing flexibility with an any-point manual over-ride. Our
Automated Testers offer the significant advantages of a PC-Based Control
System. This simple yet elegant design allows us to offer additional
functionality while maintaining the tester's durability, serviceability,
and backward compatibility.
Lexseco has dramatically advanced Core Loss Testing technology over the past 20 years. But, the original equipment we manufactured in 1980 is still operating and still in use. Our Upgrade Program has allowed our clients to bring their earlier vintage Lexseco Core Loss Testers up current technology. We also introduced a Trade-Up Program to allow our clients with larger testing requirements to trade their older tester in towards the purchase of new larger tester. Core Loss Testers that are received via our Trade-Up Program are evaluated by our engineers. After these testers pass our rigorous evaluation process, they are moved into our re-manufacturing process and are basically rebuilt from the ground up. The re-manufacturing process includes many more tests and quality checks. We insure the final product looks (they are factory painted as part of the process) and functions like a new Core Loss Tester. *Re-manufactured testers are offered for sale with a one-year warranty.
